Returned items must be sent back to MonarchPearls in its original condition, unworn and unaltered and must be received by us in its original box. Any security tag must not be removed, as we cannot accept items with tags that are missing or tampered with. Special or custom orders are not refundable. Returns must be made within 14 days after the date of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will apply to each article returned. The fee calculation will be based on MonarchPearl's standard wholesale price and not subject to any promotional discounts that may have applied to the original purchase. As well, all credit transactions will be subject to a 3% fee recovery paid by MonarchPearls, LLC to process your order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your returned items, as MonarchPearls ships all purchases “free of charge”. We recommend that you insure your returned item. This will protect you, should your return be lost or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by your billing address, address, order number, MRN and reason for return. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned package. Upon receipt, we will credit your account.
